Many of you may have noticed the market is suffering from consistent
losses for the last 6 weeks quite some time now. Many are worried
that the economy may be slipping again due to poor employment,
stagnant mortgage sales and rising gas prices.
Earlier in the second quarter of the year, we have seen the market
struggling to make consistent gains. What this means for you with a
fixed annuity? The chart below says it all; for the last decade your
1%-3% fixed annuity has beat the market, something it was never
supposed to do.
That is something to be pleased about.
